Looking for answers for my huge bag of personal issues, and after months of avid research, I came across to a fantastic information that I’ve been practicing for a while. Results are miraculously manifesting in my life.
What I’m going to explain here, it is not about the universe or whoever God you believe to. It’s not about money, fancy cars, great jobs, or either getting the ideal partner and have the perfect long relationship that it will last forever. It isn’t about the habits of people who are happy either.

If you haven’t heard it yet, happiness and success go beyond our comprehension. The state of joy, happiness, and success is reachable, but it takes courage to understand an unsuspected truth, and discipline to achieve the life you deserve.

Dr. Lipton explains that in the first seven years of life, human beings learn the programs required to survive on this planet. From the day we were born until seven years, human brains are in the state of theta, which is hypnosis and imagination.
From zero to seven, kids learn; watching their parents, the family, and the world around them. They learn how to survive, and function in a society. Everything kids see and listen will be stored in the subconscious mind as a program.

We may wish to be more outgoing, more self-confident. We can desire to have a better life, a fancy car, write a book, be successful, but those are our wishes and desires. Wishes and desires come from the conscious mind. To better understand this concept, think that whatever we wish in reality doesn’t matter, because our lives are ruled by the programs stored in our subconscious mind.

What To Do
With that being said, if you want to be happy and successful, whatever that means to you; We need to change whatever program is stored in our subconscious mind that is stopping us from achieving the life we want and start following the habits of people who are happy and successful.

According to Dr Lipton, the other ways to re-program the subconscious after the first seven years is through repetition, extreme traumatic experiences, Hypnosis, and super-learning Technics like Psych-K.
People create affirmations and repeat them constantly during the day for a long period of time. The affirmation methods should be combined with recording affirmations or self-hypnosis audio programs, and listen to them right before falling asleep.
The time before falling sleep is when the body goes to theta state or hypnosis. Using only repetitions, it will take a lot of time to get results, but adding audio programs before going to sleep, results will manifest faster.
I was doing morning affirmations, then I made my own recordings and listened to them for months. Slowly but surely, I noticed important improvements in my life.
An example of traumatic experiences could be a fatality, car accidents, sexual abuse, domestic violence, unfaithful partners, etc.
One traumatic experience happened to me while I was driving on the highway. It was raining when I had to step on the brakes to slow down. Suddenly, the car began to skate on the wet road. It did several laps until it left the road falling down a ravine. Since then, every time I drive and it’s raining, I can feel my body spinning in the same way. If I’m not the driver, the only way to stop the skating feeling is by closing my eyes.
Don’t think you can consciously tell your subconscious – Hey, don’t be afraid, or hey, you are a happy person from now and on!. I mean, you could do that, but there is nobody there in the subconscious to listen and obey.
They are practices where you can reprogram the subconscious mind in a significantly short period. Whatever the belief or program in the subconscious mind and the time stored in it, it’s possible to change it in a few minutes using this breakthrough Technic called Psych-K.
First and foremost, it’s important to determine or identify where we are struggling — relationships, business, school, at work, etc. Then, choose the method to re-program your subconscious. Third, be consistence until habits or new programs are created.
One of the common habits of people who are happy and prosperous is that they eat well. know how essential it is to feed the body with the right nutrients. A diet high in vegetables and greens with a moderate amount of protein. Eat organics and avoid sugars and carbohydrates. One of the habits of people who are happy is to enjoy a good walk. The benefits of a nice walk in a park or the woods for an hour can help you to connect and gain back the loss of space. The first 20 minutes walking, your body will burn sugars, the time after that, the body will burn fat. If it’s a nice, gentle walk, the more benefits your body gets.
If you go for high impact exercises like running, jumping, biking, jump rope, etc. it is recommended to do it not longer than 30 or 40 minutes, and not every day. This is because it adds more stress to the body. High impact exercise increase growth hormone naturally, but the real benefits occur during while sleeping. During the resting time, the body will burn fat and recover.
Great examples of affirmations can be; I am happy. I am healthy. I am a good listener. I am successful. I find solutions. I am positive. Affirmations are always in the present time. It doesn’t matter; if you are not successful or happy, and it has nothing to do with the universe.
Repeat affirmations until they are stored in the subconscious mind. Repeat constantly that you are indeed a successful, happy person. This process could take months. Once the program is in the subconscious, results will manifest. It’s a fact.

Live in the Present Moment
Meditation is a great Technique to bring you back to the present moment, but whatever reasons are stopping you from it, there’s a simple method that can help.
When you find yourself thinking, and the old negativity patterns show up; stop thinking at once and follow these examples:
- If you are driving, try to read tag’s numbers loud.
- If you are walking in the park, look up and see the top of the trees; are they moving? Observe the world around you. Where the wind is coming from?.
- Move your eyes from left to write and say out loud what you see.
- If you are not driving, take five deep breaths or more. Then look around and tell yourself whatever you see at that moment.
- Start counting from ten to zero out loud.
The programs stored in your subconscious mind will determine your happiness and success. The subconscious mind works 95% of the time, and If you don’t have the program for happiness and success stored in it, you won’t achieve anything, no matter how much you pray, wish, or how many books of self-help you read. No matter how many articles about habits of people you read either.
Remember, wishes and desires are in the conscious mind, and you are aware only 5% of the time. Whatever you consciously wish may have or not the program in the subconscious to support it.
The good news is simple; the habits of people who are happy and successful would come easier to you if you commit to re-program your subconscious mind.
